Iconic Heroes Promo Cards

Is there any way to get these promos now? Looking around I can only find the 4th and 5th set for sale anywhere which I guess is to be expected being so late but I'd love to have the promo cards to add to the game.

Just second-hand, I believe. I've watched for them, but they're usually pretty expensive.
