With all the chaos and upheaval in the industry as a whole, I am aware this may likely fall through the cracks, but me and my friends were discussing a few things are realized from our viewport into this situation there were a few things we did not have any information for, nor could we find.
As such, I will ask these questions, and if there is a answer to them that may have been overlooked, the answer by my local goblins would be appreciated. Please know these questions came up as part of a discussion relating to the processes of storytelling as a whole, not merely focusing on written context after we had wrapped up our creative writing coarse for the evening:
Pathfinder and Starfinder Infinite are both fairly clear on the established outlets for content such as still image artwork and the written word and even visual novels such as comics. What they are not clear on is other methods of story telling such as interactive novels (such as those released commonly by the app publisher Hosted Games), Interactive Visual Fiction (the Vampire the Masquerade story listing such as Coteries of New York on Xbox and Steam markets), Self published syndicated animations, (Helluva Boss, Hazbin Hotel, and other sort of freelance cartons handled on a micro or non existent budget), and Indie Video Games, (things such as Undertale or Kickstarter style campaigns like those that eventually led to ground breaking IPs like Ark and Ori). I understand there may even be more ways of story telling not listed when one thinks of things like podcasts and the like but I believe I have made my point on how vast the sheer number of outlets for moving licensed Pathfinder and Starfinder content through.
So as to the question at hand. In the case of producing a story under the Infinite Umbrella, who are the appropriate publishers or content release outlets in the case of these non-easily book formattable contents? Are any of these story telling methods included under the terms of the Infinite Umbrella? If so, is Owlcat handling all non-literary media as both publisher and outlet source?
Aside from creative writing, I am also working on a 2-D animation degree via the Harmony Animation foundation through there programs; for my friends these questions are academic but for me they are practical knowledge questions. If this can get an answer soon it would be appreciated, as well as maybe a footnote on how the Infinite situation will change when ORC launches.
Thank you for taking the time to read this lengthy question by the way...
