Each time I try downloading the PDF of Pathfinder Adventure Path #140: Eulogy for Roslar's Coffer (Tyrant's Grasp 2 of 6)
I got a file that I'm Unable to open cause "the archive is either in unknown format or damaged RAR"

I was just able to download it fine, so it may not be a problem on paizo's end.
