Which AP's to choose that will lead to the Devastation Ark

Hi, everyone. I'm relatively new to SFRPG (Not new to GM d20 systems). I was interested in The Devastation Ark AP's, but I want to start from level 1 and build the path until level 12 (that's when devastation ark starts, right?). What sequence of AP's do you recommend to get from level 1-12? I would prefer to avoid Against the Aeon Throne, we've already played AP 1 and they died to the Lieutenant lol. Also Dead Suns is something that I'm not particulary interested as GM. Ah, also not drift crisis, because we're playing on Fantasy Grounds and it's not published there.

The AP that most directly leads into Devastation Ark, by far, is Dead Suns.

Against the Aeon Throne and Signal of Screams are fairly tangential.

The Three-Fold Conspiracy would be an interesting, if off-kilter, choice that can potentially affect the second Dev Ark volume in significant ways.

I, myself, am going to transition from Year of Scoured Stars and Year of the Thousand Bites into Dev Ark. In which case (Thousand Bites spoilers):

Thank you! You're not the first one to recommend Dead Suns as a connection to The Devastation Ark. But I'll read through a summary of those other 2 AP's you've mentioned and see what will tick more interest from my friends.

As someone who's played through Dead Suns and is now playing Devastation Ark, yes to all of this.

Though interestingly I'm the only PC in the party WITH that background: none of the other players from the Dead Suns play-by-post we finished took up the GM's offer when he started recruiting for Devastation Ark, so all the other players are new and wrote up high-level characters solely for Devastation Ark without connections to any other prior APs...
