Upcoming shipment not showing in my subscriptions. Is this normal?

Howdy, all. I have the P2E rulebook subscription and am, like any rational person, incredibly excited for the Dark Archive release. I went into my subscriptions to see if there was a potential ship date, it read: "There are no upcoming products for this subscription on the product schedule." If I scroll down and look at the details for my rulebook subscription, it does still list DA as the next product in line to be shipped. Is this normal or should I reach out to customer service?

I can't find it right now, but I'm pretty sure CS staff said that there is a new software rollout today, and that order generation won't start until Monday.

Awesome, thank you. I remembered seeing the 11th as a potential date to start shipping a while back, just was wondering why my subscription page looked weird. New software rollout will do that tho.
