After Belcorra is destroyed, the whole dungeon collapses. What about the tribe of non-evil drow the players meet earlier? Do they all get crushed? I'd think good-aligned PCs would be a "little" bothered by this.

Only the area directly beneath the lighthouse itself collapses.

Gauntlight is the lighthouse. The Vaults are the dungeon around it.
