Unable to access cart / checkout.

Pretty much sums it up, site works fine (cept a hickup at sign in after I cleared my cookies) except clicking on "view cart" or "checkout" on the dropdown menu of the cart just takes me to an error screen. Tried it on 2 different browsers.

Cleared cookies as mentioned above because I saw in another post that the site was experiencing issues, but I find myself doubting that was the issue to begin with seeing as I'm not a regular user and have cleared all my caches multiple times since the last time I visited and made a purchase.

What do?

I have been experiencing this issue for a while and no amount of troubleshooting has shaken it loose.
