Blast Foot DC

For reference, the item is on page 73 of Grand Bazaar. It has an activate effect to do a cone of fire with a basic Reflex DC, but there isn't a listed DC for this. Is it just missing or am I missing something?

I'm vaguely remembering something like this for a different item. A missing effect DC.

If I remember correctly, the best resolution that we could come up with is to use the Item Creation rules from the Gamemastery Guide to give it an appropriate DC.

But maybe someone else remembers something more than that.
