This is, unfortunately, an ongoing issue we’ve had with UPS Mail Innovations where tracking information won’t update. I can assure you that your orders did ship from our warehouse on 12/16 & 12/17 and the latest expected delivery date in the given timeframe of 4 to 8 business days would've been 12/29 & 12/30. For the most part, despite the missing tracking information, orders have still been delivered in a timely manner. Although, we have experienced delays due to the holidays, so we are giving orders a little extra time to arrive. If it doesn’t show up, let me know and I can gladly look into getting a replacement order set up.
