Order 36709506

USPS delivered to the wrong address (which the Post Office confirmed when I called them.) I actually physically went to this house and spoke to the residents hoping for a quick no harm / no foul resolution. Unfortunately, these nice people do not have the order either.

What do I do? USPS says the vendor has to file for the missing package since it is their freight.

I didn't see an "Issue with my Order" option, so here I am...

Oh no, I'm so sorry the package was delivered to the wrong address! I went ahead and set up a replacement to be shipped out to you as soon as possible. The new order is #36747141 and you should be receiving an email confirmation here shortly as well :)


No worries at all. After many orders, this is the first one that didn't go to plan, and it wasn't Paizo's fault. Thank you!
