Repeated Charge no PDF

purchased starfinder alien archives this evening. The problem occurred while I was prompted to verify security code on the back of my card after clicking the button to do so a small loading window appeared then nothing happened. I Thought it was a loading problem so I clicked a couple more times. After that I checked to see if the sale went through. But alas I did not have it in my downloads nor did I receive an e mail. So I tried again re-entering my card number. After many attempts I still do not have the pdf but my account was charged 9 times

When an order is placed, we immediately authorize your card to ensure that it can be charged when we ship or fulfill your order. An authorization is a non-monetary transaction that merely checks with your bank to ensure that the card is valid and has sufficient funds. Each time you retried the card, or we retried to process the order, your bank was pinged. When this happened your bank put a temporary hold on the funds, which can look like a pending transaction on your end.

Your card was declined because it did not pass the address verification system check. This indicates that there is a discrepancy between the information entered for the card on Paizo.com and the information your bank has on file for the card. Because the card was declined we cannot finalize those authorizations. If not finalized authorizations expire and the holds are released. Please ensure that all the information entered for the payment method is accurate and then try to submit the order again. If you believe that all your information is correct you will need to contact the issuing bank and let them know what is occurring.

I have reversed these authorizations on our end but please allow some time for it to be reflected in your account :)
