Hello this order contained 5 boxes (which all shipped at the same time ) and I only received 2 of them, and none of the tracking numbers work. Could you please advise the status of the other 3 boxes? or provide tracking numbers? thanks

Hi,
This is, unfortunately, an ongoing issue we’ve had with UPS Mail Innovations where tracking information won’t update. I can assure you that your orders did ship from our warehouse on 10/26 & 10/27 and the latest expected delivery date in the given timeframe of 4-8 business days would be 11/8. For the most part, despite the missing tracking information, orders have still been delivered in a timely manner. If it doesn’t show up, let me know and I can gladly look into getting a replacement order set up :)
