In my campaign we are nearing the end of the adventures and we have started fighting larger combatants. The monk in the party has the Wolf Stance and has been using Wolf Drag. It seemed legit to me he could knock down creatures close to his size until we hit the larger size categories. We were fighting a colossal red dragon last night and he pulled out Wolf Drag again. Now, I was looking at Titan Wrestler and was wondering why they would have a feat like this if they have Wolf Stance/Wolf Drag where you can hit any size creature and knock them prone with a simple skill check. Is it really working as intended for a small/medium character to knock prone 4+ size categories larger than them?
Just a thought....

Yes, it's working as intended.
By higher levels PCs move from Conan & kung fu artists, to anime characters, to superheroes. Wolf Drag's only one of many abilities to move enemies that seem strange, i.e. anything that moves a Mu Spore.
AC & saves represent how difficult it is to do that. Not sure why you call Wolf Drag a simple skill check?, though yes, with a natural 20 (or "1" on their save), many crazy tricks are possible and eventually they become routine. That's the cinematic nature of PF2 (and many other RPGs). Meanwhile enemies are doing similar things back!
As for balance, many of these abilities require a class feat (more valuable than a skill feat Titan Wrestler which while it only adds one size level does apply to several actions, not one).
A Monk using Wolf Drag has used two actions which could have been used to make three Strikes (and Agile ones at that) or two Strikes and something else cool (since he'd have two actions). And those Strikes might have had Stunning Fist or some other effect only available w/ Flurry. So the Monk's already paid into it with that specific Stance, another feat, and foregoing a different attack routine.
So yeah, the Monk's moved out of Batman territory into Inuyasha land. Similarly I'd expect his martial allies to be able to cleave (some) multi-ton giants with one blow.

Cost is a factor in what is or isn't "working as intended."
Being able to use Wolf Drag requires quite a bit of specific cost, and is very specific in when it applies.
Comparing it to Titan Wrestler doesn't actually make much sense because class feats are meant to be more powerful than skill feats, needing 2 feats is more expensive than 1 feat, and you have to actually be in the stance, plus Titan Wrestler let's you do more than just trip. And last, but not least, the monk class is meant to fill in for super-powered martial arts fantasy not just regular martial arts.
Plenty of character would rather have Titan Wrestler, and plenty of monk's would rather take a different feat than Wolf Drag.
