Printing pdf maps at staples

I have read on the community posting that we can use them for personal use , I have had several pdf maps that are out of print made for me there before , today I was told that they cannot print anything from paizo that’s trademarked without written permission.
Was I in the wrong with having the previous maps printed ?
I only printed for my own use and only those that are not In print and I purchased them in pdf form from paizo itself.
I just want to make sure I am not doing something wrong

You aren't doing anything wrong. Paizo allows you to make copies of legally purchased material for your own personal use.

If you buy the PDF from Paizo, it will be in your downloads. You might try showing the Staples people that to prove that you own the item.

The PDF will also be personalized with your email address. That too is proof that you own the material and are allowed to make copies for your personal use.
