Most of the customer service issues revolve around the payment options on your website. It needs to seriously be fixed. Once you fix them, you guys wont be overtaxing your customer service representatives. How many of those issues involve, "Hey can you change my card" or "hey can I set up a subscription?"
I am betting 90% of the issues come from that and this issue is also preventing paizo from getting paid. There is a financial incentive to fixing the payment option on the website. Especially when phone lines are currently out.
This should be a priority.
