Please cancel orders 36393600 and 36393620

I can't seem to get these two things settled so I would like to cancel both of them and start from scratch at some future date.

Hi verdigris,

I've cancelled both orders and I hope that you're able to complete them at a later date! Just for your information, your payment method is giving me 'invalid data' errors, possibly due to a character in the last name field. If you're able to put that in the 'Title or Position' field, that might resolve it!
