I was double charged for this order after changing debit cards a couple days after placing the order. It is still stuck in pending and doesn't seem to be going anywhere with the new card. I sent an email and have yet to receive a reply. Please either remove the double charge or just cancel the entire order if need be.


The double charge eventually went away, but the order just attempted to go through again and was once again declined. If the order is broken due to changing cards please just cancel it so I can try again instead of having to wait around until April for it to give up.

Hi!

I took a look at the order and your card was declined. Usually this happens when the information attached to your card does not match what the bank has on file for it. Each time you tried to submit the order your bank was pinged. When this happens most banks will put a temporary hold on the funds, which can look like a pending transaction on your end. Because the card was declined we cannot finalize these authorizations. If not finalized, authorizations expire and the holds are released. Please let me know if you would like to still proceed with cancelling the order :)
