I do not even know where to start. I have been able to call Paizo over the last three years of being a customer and not being able to call is really frustrating. I do not want to hear the default COVID excuse for this. Companies have adapted.
I have placed quite a few extra orders besides having all of the Paizo monthly subscriptions.
I placed an order 36306942 back on December 25 2020. I was charged $56.69 for the Mengkare, Great Wyrm Premium mini. I had to request the wyrm to be shipped because it was still sitting in my sidecart. The Wyrm was moved to order 36318642 and the price is now showing as 89.99 with no discount for having the subscription. Which price was I charged and why am I having multiple charges on my orders? I am so confused as to why this is happening now. I have charges for $89.99, 77.45, 72.14, 89.00, 478.90. What are all of these charges for? I think I was double billed for the Wyr mini. Why can't I just be charged the price for my order instead of multiple transactions.
I also ordered a case of Reign of Winter minis back on January 1, 2021. Now I am told on my first post they are out of stock? Why was I able to make this purchase and now be told they are out of stock? Are these on backorder and will I get this case of minis or am I out of luck now?
Another thing. Large orders I have made have pelted me for shipping charges and my orders are shipped in multiple boxes. I can see shipping the miniature cases independently but why take 2 single mini's I order and put it in its own pack when I ordered around 30? This makes no sense.
Lastly, every single case of mini's I get from Paizo has 10-15+ broken mini's. What is going on in the warehouse? There is no reason to have this many broken mini's in a case. I have ordered twenty-ish cases from Miniature Market and out of all of those cases I have gotten around six broken minis which of those most of those minis feet came out of the holes in the base. Something has got to be going on in the warehouse rough housing this stuff.
Another questions about the miniature subscription. Is Paizo trying to phase this out? The price has jumped almost 180.00 per case with a retail of well over $600. Why offer a subscription if you can get the same price somewhere else.
This is so confusing and frustrating.
I would really like to talk to someone about these financial transactions and do not want to talk about this on an open public forum.
