Order 32448427 No response from paizo customer service since ordering 3rd of August 2020

Hi!

I participated in the Humble Bundle for Paizo products, and opted for the highest tier which includes a Physical Copy of the Pathfinder Core Rulebook, 2nd Edition.

On the 9th of December, 2020, I contacted Paizo via Twitter about the Humble Bundle shipments. They were supposed to be shipped: https://twitter.com/eirvandelden/status/1336775070786711556
On the 10th of December 2020, I contacted Paizo via email about my order, order 32448427. I have never received a reply
On the 11th of December, my order changed from pending to shipped. I have of, as of today 28th of January 2021, not received a physical book, a whopping 5 months after placing my order.
On the 12th of December, my credit card was imbursed.
On the 30th of December, I asked again on twitter for a update on my order, still no reply from Paizo: https://twitter.com/eirvandelden/status/1344174688273117185.

I repeat; as of today, 28th of January 2021, not received a physical book, a whopping 5 months after placing my order.

If I do not get a reply from Paizo within the next 14 days, that my order either will be arriving soon OR a replacement will be sent, I will contact my credit-card company to re-imburse my order not delivering my ordered product.

I am sorry to hear that your book never got to you! I have set up a replacement to be shipped out to you as soon as possible. New order 36356498. You should be receiving an email confirmation for the replacement here shortly as well. Please let me know if I can assist you further :)
