Can't download any books bought from Humble Bundle

Title says it all.

I am unable to download any of the books from the Humble Bundle deal. I've created an account and activated all the keys.

My account has trouble logging in as well. I just made this account today. It is quite frustrating because I had thought I could just download the books from Humble Bundle.

Honestly, current feelings for this website is that it is really bad. I've never played Pathfinder before, I just wanted to look at pictures of cool monsters and read some descriptions.

I want to follow up on this issue because, while I'm not SURE that my problems are related, they sound similar.

I can access my downloads just fine... IF I go directly to the digital content section. However, if I log in to the site through the main page, I get an internal server error (with a cute little ratfolk engineer). This has been going on for at least a month, and seems to be account-specific (if I clear cookies, the problem goes away, only to return as soon as I log in). The main site is all I can't load. Everything else (these forums, digital content, account management, etc.) all seem to work fine.

I've emailed support about this and included screenshots, but never got a reply (I followed up a couple of times also with no replies).

I've tried to log in with both a current version of Chrome and Microsoft's Edge. Same result. I have no addons or other mods that affect both browsers.


Yes. I have the same exact issue as what the Pathfinder Adventure Subscriber wrote.

When I log in. I get that little rat guy that states that there is an issue with my account. Then I have to click on the Paizo logo to refresh back to the main webpage. Then I hover over the account button and go to my "digital contents".

Then I try to download the book, but nothing downloads. Then I click the download link and wait like 5-10 minutes and still no files download.

I'm really sad, I bought the pack from Humble Bundle in like mid December and I haven't been able to access any books :'(

The internal server error is, unfortunately, an ongoing issue. There's a thread in the Website Feedback forum with some suggestions of workarounds while our tech team looks into it!

The direct link to your downloads is this:
https://paizo.com/paizo/account/assets

The process with downloads involves clicking the link 3 times: Click download link > wait ~60 seconds > click download link again > should get a message underneath the download link that says your download is ready > click download link a third time.

At that point it SHOULD start downloading. Give that a try and let me know if you still can't download anything!

Yep. That's how I've been getting my stuff since this started. Thanks again!

I can currently do anything but buy new stuff.
