Can't Update Payment Method

I have been waiting for a response to an email I sent in September. I cannot change the payment method on an order that was placed in June through Humble Bundle that you are now finally sending out. However, because I am not able to change the payment method I am still not able to receive my order.


I'm having the same issue. This needs to be corrected, bc I do not want to lose my hardcopy book in 10 days.

Also having the same issue. And have a $50 credit that I lose if the order is simply canceled and resubmitted. I posted a message here and sent 3 emails with no reponse


Same problem here. Can't enter payment method. It keeps rejecting after re-entering multiple times.

I won't buy anything until this issue is fixed.
