Can't place order

Hi, I've been trying to place an order since about 9/24. I go through all the steps and get to the red button that says, "Place my order". I click it, the website spins for a minute and then changes to this message:

What Will Happen When You Place Your Order

We'll send you an email confirming your order.

When your items ship in about 11 to 20 business days, we'll charge your payment method and send you an email with tracking details when your item ships.

However, the red button is still there and I get no email so it looks like the order never went through. I've tried it about a half dozen times over multiple days/weeks and can never get past this screen. Any suggestions? I've tried Firefox and Chrome as a browser if that matters.

I also sent an email to customer support on 9/28 with basically the same message and haven't heard anything back besides the auto reply.

I too have been having this problem and also emailed customer service but as there busy still waiting for response, Where you using a gift voucher? I just ttried emptying the cart and starting again but the site gave me an technical difficulties message and emptied/deleted my cart. I hope someone can address this soon as i have a few vouchers i wish to spend?

Yes, I was also trying to use a gift voucher (that expires soon) so trying to get the order in before it does.

Just tried replacing order now its telling me my voucher is invalid (probably because it was applied to the previous order) and i cant use it.
I was able to use a different gift certificate and place an order so the system seems to be working atm but that doesnt do anything for my wasted gift certificate.

I still havent heard back from anyone in regards to the email i sent on the 28th of September

Seeing as this has been front page for a week and no response from the Reps id say there scam is working as intended.


Still doesn't work for me. I go through all 4 steps in the order process, click the red Place Your Order button and just goes to another page with another red Place Your Order button. I click that, website spins for a couple seconds and then nothing.

I've probably spent 1-2 hours trying to get this to work and writing up emails and posts to resolve it with absolutely no response. Paizo is sure making it hard for me to give them money...


Anyone know of any other way to get a hold of Paizo customer service? I've gotten no response to multiple emails over months. No response to this thread for over a month. I've been a long time fan but it should not takes hours of my time just to order something.
