Please note:
I sent an email on this issue (dated August 16th), before I knew anything else to do. And a follow up email (on Sept 7th) because I still hadn't heard back and had also discovered a secondary concern with my account. Just after this second email I finally thought to start poking around the wider site for help on what to do via (?)HELP up top, which is when I realized that I could have made a thread here.
By that point when I found where these threads could go, I wasn't going to bother because I'd already reached out (twice), but your latest updates indicate this is the best way to get help. Since I am now, currently, running the adventure for the thing I'm missing the physical book of, here we go-
Issue with Order 27869264
This was a large order with side-carted previously ordered items that were put on hold because I added subscriptions, and subscription items (plus PDF downloads to go with the relevant subscription items). Everything I received was correct except for the Pathfinder 2e AP Subscription item.
I did not receive a physical book of the following: Pathfinder Adventure Path #157: Devil at the Dreaming Palace (Agents of Edgewatch 1 of 6).
I received the right NUMBER of books with this order, but there was no Pathfinder #157.
INSTEAD I received Starfinder Adventure Path #30: Puppets Without Strings (The Threefold Conspiracy 6 of 6).
I don't have a Starfinder AP subscription (sadly) and don't own the rest of that AP. As I said I am currently running Agents of Edgewatch though and would really love the physical book for easy reference at hand. Please help?
And now this is the second thing I was asking about in my follow up email:
I am wondering where I can see on my account that I have an already paid entry toward next year's Paizocon? After all this poking around, I realized there's nowhere I can see that. Carting system seems to have been pretty messed up for a little while in there, too, and so the order when I purchased the pass as well as several other digital orders for scenarios and such do not show the items I paid for when I look at order history, so it makes me nervous about it. Especially since it's a long time away, and I had bought the pass a long time before the cancellation.
I was/am cool with putting my pass forward a year rather than refund, but I want to know that that's been done, and I can't see that anywhere on my account. Am I just not looking in the right place? Thanks!
These sure have been crazy times. Hang in there, but I sure would appreciate some help on these weird things that happened.

I'm so sorry you received the wrong book. I have set up a replacement for AP #157 in your pending subscription order and will have the warehouse ship that out by tomorrow.
I have gone ahead and fixed up your order history so that it accurately reflects the orders you have placed. This includes order 8760127 for your badge and banquet ticket, which ate slated to roll over for PaizoCon 2021. If you have any other questions, let me know and I would be happy to assist!
