Orders 24700269 and 31867114 - urgent

Old Order 31867114

Both are for the same AP adventure - can you please combine them - so the old order is actually the start of a new subscription, instead of the new order - so i get the PDF. The old order has already been sent. So please *dont* send the same adventure again - just restart the subscription with the adventure already sent.

Order 31867114 is for the Pathfinder adventure path, while order 24700269 is for the Starfinder adventure path. Both are registered under a subscription and Fly Free or Die book 1 should start shipping out next Monday through our standard shipping window. Let me know if you have any other questions!

Sorry that was 24622708 not 24700269. 31867114 is the original order for the same adventure that I already have coming, that I would not like to receive twice.

Ah, gotchya! I apologize as it looks like our warehouse shipped out your book this morning, but there's a pretty good chance we'll be able to catch it before it gets put on a truck. I have processed a return for you to store credit, which will be applied to your next subscription order. We'll be generating November subscription orders tomorrow.

I have also gone ahead and set the first book that shipped out as part of your subscription so that you can keep the PDF that comes with subscription order Adventure Path books without interruption.

If we aren't able to catch your book before it ships, I'll post here and you can just "return to sender" or refuse the package and it'll make its way back to us. Thanks for your patience!

Hi - actually - you said that you marked the first book (book 4) as part of the subscription. I don't see the PDF for Edgewatch book 4 in my downloads though. And both of the book 4 orders have been marked as complete.
