How involved is Desna in this AP?

Age of Ashes

So, the party I'll be GMing for has a lot of connections to Desna. One is a monk who worships her, one is a cosmos oracle, and one is a witch with the Night patron who really likes stars (so I figured I would make her patron Desna). So I was wondering, how involved is Desna and her followers in this AP? And if she's not particularly involved, is there any way I can incorporate her more?

I have the first two books but have only read the first.

Desna isn't really involved, but the PCs do travel quite a bit. Book three has lots of potential:

Spoiler:
  • You could possible incorporate Desna in the Dreamgate Node as it was formerly dedicated to her before the hags desecrated it. The dreamstones found here are sacred to Desna.
  • One of the prisoners in Cypress Point is a priestess of Desna, maybe she could play a larger role than the book outlines?
  • In Whiterock there is a newly renovated shrine to Desna, maybe the PCs can pay it a visit?
  • Aadrushian has a trophy from killing a priest of Desna, perhaps it is someone one of your PCs knew?

  • Somehow I didn't notice that Desna had a temple in Breachill. I searched the PDF for "Desna" but it didn't show up.

These are some great ideas, thanks!

    Desna is...

    Spoiler:
...one of the deities associated with the aiudara of Alseta's Ring, and is particularly associated with book 3's portal. As such, she's one of the primary deities thematically present in the entire Adventure Path, even if there's not a lot of actual Desna worshiping NPCs on screen in every book.

The first two books have some more Desna links that have not yet been listed:

    Spoiler:
Book 1's most accessible and persistent NPC is a Desna believer (though not a cleric) and she'll likely be around for the full AP. It's easy to miss in the descriptions, but she wears the holy symbol openly.

The abandoned temple in Book 2 is also kind of Desna's in a really rich setting-specific way that could give devout worshippers a great avenue of roleplay with the temple's antagonist and local denizens.
