While technically all of them cold work as the foundation for am isekai adventure. Which ones do you think would work best?
Isekai: revolve around a normal person from Earth being transported to, reborn or otherwise trapped in a parallel universe or fantasy world.
Reign of Winter, because you go back to Earth once during the course of the adventure.
Strange Aeons has ties to Earth as well. Those connections make the transported protagonist's feel how their influence is affecting this world.
Age of Ashes is otherwise a good one. Introduces a lot of cultures and places of Golarion. Requires little foreknowledge, and the starting city has a history of amnesiacs so would be more accepting of people who seem to lack basic world knowledge.
Giantslayer is very locally concerned, but has you fight giants. And Giants. And Giants. If you're into the power fantasy aspect of isekai, then small person beating up progressively taller people is a good way to do that.
I could see an interesting version of Hell's Vengeance where a person with no understanding of how Golarion works thinks that Cheliax is just normal and goes all into the evil part. Not my particular cup of tea.
An Earth human in Iron Gods would have a leg up on other Golarion characters when interacting with technology and there's quite a bit of possibility there.
