Issues with orders and subs

Hiya,

I've emailed a number of times as I have been charged 6-8 times now for the same couple of orders. There was an issue with my card(froze itself due to the number of attempts) so I have changed the card details on my account.

I've received no reply from customer service via email so just wanted to post up here to ask:

What is the status of my orders and subs? Is everything sorted and as it should be?

When can I expect the refunds for the money that has been taken out of my account for the duplicate payments?

I found a post suggesting that this was money 'held'. If that is the case, when can I expect it to return as there is like $200+ in excess missing now from my account.

Just an update as I have receive no responses to my emails and this forum post.

I have been charged yet again today - making a total of 10 charges against my two cards.

This is very frustrating as this is now a total of almost $300 for what looks to have meant to cost less than $60.

I'm also frustrated at not having had any form of response.

There's no issue with the address anymore and no issue with the card itself so why am I being continuously charged still?

Please respond ASAP as this is an urgent matter.

Hi Kingtiddles,

Thank you so much for your patience as we work through our backlog. I apologize that we were not able to see your request sooner.

Your card was being declined by our credit card processing system because it was not passing the address verification check. This means that there was something different between the billing address that was listed for your card on our site compared to what your bank has on file for you, so our card processor was declining it for security reasons. While your bank may be willing to open these attempts as pending authorizations on your account, we will not be able finalize any charges through them. These are just temporary authorizations that will expire from your account. More details about our billing process can be found here.

It looks like we were able to ship out your orders on August 31 but please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns.
