Archives of Nethys' spell search engine can do that. An alternative, and in my opinion superior, is using this spreadsheet (either make a copy or download it) and filter the respective rows.

Um, how do you do that? I'm not much of a computer person.

The spreadsheet thing? Click "File" -> "Make a Copy" -> "OK", when the new sheet has finished loading, klick "Data" -> "Create a Filter". It may take a few seconds, but than you'll see little green triangles on the top row. Clicking on it opens a dropdown menu, where you can turn on various filters. First you should go to the column headed with "sor" and click "Sort -> A - Z". If you want to filter a column for a phrase, click the respective triangle, click "Filter by Conditions", click where it says "none", and select something, e.g. "Text contains". Then click where it now says "Value or formula" in gray, and enter the search word. Click OK, and only entries in the row containing the search word are displayed. There're columns for the various descriptior, so you can click the triangle on "cold" and then click to checkmark next to "0". Confirm with OK and you'll only see spells with the cold descriptor. Do the same again to undo it.

there is also the Pathfinder Spellbook app, which is pretty handy, though I prefer the Pathfinder Spell Tracker, as it will keep track of DCs, ranges, durations and will keep track of how many rounds/mins/hours are left on the spell. Just go with the free version of that one.
Where would I find those?
