HUMBLE RPG BOOK BUNDLE: PATHFINDER SECOND EDITION

Trying to make payment for shipping of physical copy of the core rule book.

Its being shipped to an address in USA however I'm using a card registered in the UK.

All correct details are being added but the card is not being accepted at stage 2 of the process.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
