What level would a spell that's just like Heal but can only be cast on one's self be?

Cleanse already exists. It's also 5th level.

Cleanse, despite being only one level lower than Heal, is far worse. It heals a fraction of the amount of damage, and the most significant conditions it's capable of removing would prevent you from casting Cleanse in the first place.

I agree with Orodhen.

JUST limiting an already single target spell to the caster isn't enough for a level reduction from 6th to 5th.

Cleanse is what a 'one level lower' Heal spell looks like.
