With Morlocks in general they have the Swarm ability to gain Sneak Attack when in the same space.
Creepers have +4d6 Sneak Attack, and use Blowguns.
If 2 Creepers are in the same space they get the Swarm Sneak Attack, but how is this played out during ranged combat?
Do they have to be within 30 feet of the Target?
Do they get to use the Sneak Attack Damage on all attacks when they Swarm?
Does the Target of the Blowgun attack have to also have some other opponent that is already Flanking them, or does the Swarm ability of the Creepers take effect without anyone else flanking the opponent?
How have others dealt with the Creepers during combat?
Thanks!

"The creeper fights from afar with its blowgun whenever possible. It clings to walls and makes repeated shots at enemies using its sneak attack ability and poisoned darts. It prefers to snipe enemies (taking the –20 penalty on Stealth checks) rather than reveal itself immediately."
From the Creeper stat block in book 4. The Creepers are attempting to get their sneak attack bonus from stealth sniping (rather than feinting or flanking), so no they are not using their blowguns in melee. If two creepers were instead in melee range using their swarming ability to occupy a space with an enemy, then they would have to use their melee short sword attack + sneak attack bonus, not their blowguns. At least, that's my reading.
