Hi all. I'm currently looking for some 3.5 Rulings, because my DM keep insisting on a Non-Raw Reading
Power Attack Multiplied in Critical Hits and Similar (Multiplying Damage)
Quoting the SRD:
Critical Hits
When you make an attack roll and get a natural 20 (the d20 shows 20), you hit regardless of your target’s Armor Class, and you have scored a threat. The hit might be a critical hit (or "crit"). To find out if it’s a critical hit, you immediately make a critical roll—another attack roll with all the same modifiers as the attack roll you just made. If the critical roll also results in a hit against the target’s AC, your original hit is a critical hit. (The critical roll just needs to hit to give you a crit. It doesn’t need to come up 20 again.) If the critical roll is a miss, then your hit is just a regular hit.
A critical hit means that you roll your damage more than once, with all your usual bonuses, and add the rolls together. Unless otherwise specified, the threat range for a critical hit on an attack roll is 20, and the multiplier is ×2.
Exception: Extra damage dice over and above a weapon’s normal damage is not multiplied when you score a critical hit.
Now, With a +1 Valorous Medium Greatsword, 18 Str, BaB+10, and i'm charging with Power Attack -10, + 20, i should inflict:
(2d6+6+1+20)+(2d6+6+1+20) Damage. Is it correct?
I'm referring to the Valorous Enhchantment, based on Spirited Charge, based on Multiplying Damage in a way similar to a Critical Hit.
According to my DM, in this case, I' can't double Power Attack Damage, because Valorous Weapon "is only referred to the base weapon damage".
Are there any official FAQ (or a Pathfinder/3.5 "Creator") to clarify this situation?

Late to the party.
You are correct, you should be dealing 4d6+54 damage on a charge, which becomes 6d6+81 on a crit.
I can't recall any official rulings on this, and a cursory search didn't find anything, but multiplication of damage defaults to all static modifiers are included as well as basic damage dice. In PF1, things like Vital Strike explicitly state it's only base weapon damage that is multiplied. Valorous Weapon says nothing about base weapon damage, it says damage.
You might try asking your DM to show you any examples of abilities that specifically call for base damage plus all modifiers in order to give some precedence to his position. If they cannot find any, and you can produce examples of only base damage being specified, it's a good indication that you're right.
