I was checking the items in my shopping cart.
All but one were PDFs.
The one item said I had purchased it before.
That is correct - I am purchasing it again.
All the PDFs say I had purchased them before on the same date as the item.
I know this is wrong because I had just added them to the cart and you cannot purchase PDFs twice.
The message is the same for all items.
I checked the link on a couple of the PDFs and they take me to where the item was purchased.
The PDFs are not on that order.
Looks like the cart is putting the first item's message on everything.
Today I found the module and the AP subscription in my cart, though I never ordered them. It becomes more odd as the cart displays there are four items in, despite only two subscriptions.
I have seen that issue too, going back several months.
It clears up whenever the item for which the message was generated is no longer in the shopping cart (whether I bought the item or removed it from the cart).

This is happening to me as well. I have not added the subscriptions to my cart and they keep re-appearing after I remove them.

Same. I also can't look at the new adventure path information.

This was explained a couple of years ago to me by customer service.
When subscriptions are in the shopping cart, the physical item and the PDF are considered 2 separate items for total items.
So 1 AP will always show up as 2 items in your cart totals.
Can't help you with why a subscription suddenly appeared, unless you added something on purpose or by mistake and it just looks odd to you.

That's not the problem. With am empty cart. I will try navigating to adventure path. I get a Paizo website error, and then something is in my cart. I'm not even trying to buy anything yet. It is added to the cart when I get the error.
