Attempting to place an order - need valid payment method message received

As above, I am tried twice to place an other order via your webstore over two weeks ago.

Both times it has responded with valid payment method required and the items have disappeared from my cart.
The 1st order was 6 adventure pathways books and the interactive map pdfs

The retried with only the same pdf and received the same message.

No funds have been deducted card not emails on the order.

I waited two weeks before contacting you due to COVID-19 and the impact on your business in case manual processing was needed for an international to Australia.

Can you please track to see if a order was actually placed and is still awaiting processing.
