I just wanted to say thank you to Paizo customer support for helping fix a rather vexing issue I had with an order I placed. Particularly since we seem to have been unwillingly transported into what appears to be “the darkest timeline”.

So, thank you very much for you hard work! And I happily await my books!

My last experience with customer service was at the launch of second edition, when the volume of work gave them every reason to do a less than exemplary job. They still went above and beyond. That team deserves all the kudos they get, and then much more.
