Unfortunately, as one of the less commonly played APs we don't seem to have the same level of community resources available as Rise of the Runelords. The interactive map packs Paizo puts out might be helpful, though I've found the resolution is a little better on the normal PDFs of the AP. The resolution still isn't great, but it is functional, especially if you can photo shop out the occasional trap symbol.
