Transaction declined, need help!

Ahoy hoy,

Apparently my wife went all crazy shopping this last weekend and I got a transaction declined message this afternoon. I don't suppose you can reverse that charge or do whatever magic it is that you do and then have it set to ship Friday.

Edit: I don't think it technically charged my card it just pinged it so I don't think an actual reversal or whatever is needed but if you could please push it back to Friday that would be awesome!


Just cancel the order and my subscriptions please, it seems I've been deemed non essential by my state, so I need to conserve where I can.

On second thought, belay that last order, if you could please get it ready to ship that would be awesome, everything will be good tomorrow.


On third thought, I would definitely like this order to be cancelled immediately and my subscriptions to also be cancelled.

Just can't afford it anymore.


On fourth thought if you could suspend the order (and my subs I guess) and I'll get it as soon as I'm back to work.

Yes, I realize I'm setting the response back, I'm not in any hurry, so whenever you get to it.

I don't suppose you could check to see when the order will ship.

I'm just curious, it says pending but I know sometimes things get stuck in the nether and with it already having declined once (thanks again for helping with that) I just want to make sure it hasn't run into any more issues (and truth be told I can't wait to get my hands on Near Space).
