I havent had a chance to read all of the Adventure Pathd yet (I still have 3/4 months until it is my turn to DM). One of my players is always on the ball, and has asked me if there were any Noble families that he could come from for his potential character.
I said I will find out, and by find out, I meant ask you guys

Noble families don't play a prominent role in this campaign. While many of the NPC's in book 3 are presumably nobles, the AP doesn't give enough information to say anything about their family or lineage. There are only two noble families that get any background at all:
The Malderra family was part of the Shining Crusade. They were steadfast in their opposition to sealing away the Whispering Tyrant, believing that the time was ripe to eliminate him once and for all. In the generations since they developed a rather toxic outlook that the other crusaders were cowards who left this problem for future generations to deal with, while simultaneously failing to make preparations against the Whispering Tyrant's return.
Ceto Malderra is the highest-ranking knight of Ozem in Lastwall during the festival that the PC's arrive in. She's also corrupt and narcissistic to the extreme. She has spent years embezzling money ostensibly as a contingency fund to fight against the Whispering Tyrant should he return, but is also consumed with amassing adulation for herself and her accomplishments. When the PC's arrive bearing warning of the Whispering Tyrant's imminent return she believes they are trying to sabotage her honored place at the festival, and after their warnings prove true she lashes out at them for having brought this doom to Lastwall... even as she intends to abscond from the city in its hour of greatest need with as much gold as possible.
The Barronmor's were also a prominent family from the Shining Crusade. Claidius Barronmor is notorious for having authorized the attempt to infiltrate Geb and begin a second crusade. All he succeeded in doing was condemning the infiltrating agents - including his grandson, Amaretos - to undeath. Amaretos Barronmor appears as an antagonist in book 4. There are no living members of the Barronmor family featured in this campaign.

Brillianr, thank you so much
Based upon what I have learned from my player, I think Barrenmor could be interesting for him.
He wants to play a Servant who has taken up the mantle of his former employer as the head of the household has passed on, and their heirs lost/deceased. He wants to restore the magistracy of the estate, and he pretends to be of the family to help earn the capital to do so.
It will be cool to then have them come across one of his former masters, and the last known heir to the estate in Amaretos

Do keep in mind that Amaretos died about 800 years ago, and actually was responsible for a major historical event in Golarion when he
was the one who stole Arazni's remains from Lastwall and delivered them to Geb to be reanimated as a lich.

Hmm bugger, my quick wikipedia made it seem that it was only 60 years prior. I will have to have a think about it

Not in the book, but here is something I've found from the Knights of Ozem:
The Tilernos family (motto: Family, Field, and Fury) has always had a family member, often a daughter, in the Knights of Ozem. This family's knights are especially proficient in making charges. Their heraldry is a purple shield covered and surrounded in blades.
Something that I did with the player in my group that wanted to have an engrained backstory-
Ariel is an Oracle of Time and the daughter of a prominent member of the Mourners of Arazni in Vigil. She grew up similar in age to and a rival of Ceto Malderra. They were friendly enough growing up, but as an Iomedaen, Ceto had no respect for Arazni given her unfortunate fate. Therefore, Ceto always saw Ariel as less worthy and less capable.
This was even more troublesome because Ariel has been haunted by a spirit of Ragathiel, and as such would be prone to flashes of aggression during sparring which would often come at Ceto's expense. More often than not the Gorumite trainers would taunt Ceto and this grew the rivalry even further.
Meanwhile, Ceto's name and history has given her the opportunity to hold posts otherwise unheard of for a warrior of her age. Two years previous to the start of the AP, a theft of the Shield of Arnisant was reported and an investigation was launched. As we know, the shield was not stolen, because it is right as it should be, placed inside the guarded castle. Unfortunately, another guard who was on duty was also missing.
Unbeknownst to the PC, Ceto doctored a log book and signed Ariel in on guard detail with the missing guard to place her at fault. Despite a relatively noble and just person Ceto is, it is Ariel that begins her corruption. Ceto sees Ariel as a harbinger of the end times and thought she was doing the right thing by tarnishing Ariel's good name.
Luckily, Ariel's father is a barrister whose position in the city is to maintain relationships between all of the houses of faith in Vigil. As such, instead of being imprisoned or worse, she was sent to Roslar's Coffer to guard the territory line between the town and the Reaver's Territory line. After a group of pathfinders came to the city and disposed of the Red Reaver, she had been sitting idly by, forgotten about.
That was, until a shard was delivered from Rahadoum to Roslar's Coffer by one of my other PCs who was tasked to return it to Vigil.
