Magic Item crafting cost

I am absolutely horrid at crafting costs.

Can someone help me out and figure out the cost of a Wonderous Item (Hand slot), that 2/day allows the wearer to cast recharge innate magic.

That would depend somewhat on how it is activated / who can use it. However, assuming a command word activated effect, I think it would be in the ballpark of;

1 (spell level) * 1 (caster level) * 1800 (command word) / (5/2 uses per day) = 720 gold
