You could ask the staff at the game store if you can put up a flyer, other than that you could see if there are any gaming groups that meet in local community centres, or try to find people via word of mouth.
Otherwise, websites like meetup.com will likely have local groups for d&d.
There really aren't many ways of recruiting people you don't already know without using social media/online groups.

Gamer Connection is the forum on Paizo.com for finding real-life games/groups, but I don't think it's very heavily trafficked these days.
There's also Warhorn, which I believe is used pretty regularly for PFS games.

Honestly, your day restriction is probably your biggest issue. My old game store had most D&D type games on Friday and Saturday evenings, and other stores I am aware of are usually busiest in this regard on Saturday afternoons.
On the other hand, if there is any place frequented by people looking for games at any time, it would be a local game store with either room to play in or a conveniently placed bulletin board.
