Free Agent Boon

Okay I recently won this but I don’t get the benefits.

You don’t select a faction but accrue fame for yourself?

I don’t understand. You get no access to boons beyond the buyback plan ?

Its for a character thats gotten the boons they want from their faction and bails on it but keeps leveling until a new faction comes along (say, second seekers Ehu Hadif Ko'Ra Amares of Clan Tolar) then they can plop down the accrued fame and go right to the head of the class in the new faction.

No, it's a boon showing up at cons and tradeshows etc.

Does Free Agent rep count towards all-faction rep, or not until it's moved to a regular faction?

Asking for a character that would kinda like to be able to buy my season 1 boon.
