If I bought a hard cover book from the store....

If I bought a hard cover book from my local gaming store, how would I get that registered to my account as now owning the book. I am asking for cases such as when using the Realm Works content market, where it checks if you own a book or not before you can purchase the content. If I already own the book in hard cover, I don't want to buy the PDF JUST to get the content.

This is Customer Service's first day back after the holiday weekend. They work from the bottom of the list up, so bumping your thread unfortunately moves it to the back of the queue.

I am not Customer Service, but Realm Works, like other digital toolsets, only offers discounts for owning PDFs, not physical products. On the plus side, I believe that if you buy the Realm Works content, you will receive the PDF for free, if you have any use for it.

There is no way to register the purchase of a physical item from another store on Paizo.com. The partnerships we have that can get you benefits on another service only check for PDFs on your Paizo account to equate to another account. Thanks Joana for the additional link and information on this!

And yup! Try not to bump threads in this forum. We are always working form oldest to newest, and we are graciously allowed Thanksgiving through the weekend off. We're back and will have answers for everyone soon!
