I'm aware of Barbarians that can while raged use sent with one of their abilities, but was wondering if there was a spell that would give you Scent?
Of course. A number of the _____ Form spells (and Alter Self) will do it, if you don't mind a little shapeshifting. Bloodhound will give Scent as well. (Half-)Orcs can also take the Keen Scent feat, so they may be an appropriate form for Alter Self to steal Scent? Maybe not though, since that's not the norm for the race.
Technically I suppose beast shape does this, but I assume you mean JUST scent.
Whether there is a spell or not, I would think researching to create one would be pretty uncontroversial...
