Looking for maximum crafting levels by population

I was hoping this would have been in the Lost Omens World Guide, but I am wondering if there is going to be a chart released that shows what the maximum crafter level for a given population is for formulas, rune etching, etc.

I guess this is going to be with the GMG?

I believe settlement stat blocks, which would include this information, are slated to be in the GMG. I'm not sure if that's been absolutely confirmed, though.

There is advice in the CRB for what levels of Earn Income Task that are available, based on settlement size.

From a very rough peek, you could use that advice for item availability too. (I'm not entirely sure what you want when you say "maximum crafting levels by population", so I'm assuming you mean what level of item a local NPC can craft and thus sell to the PCs)
