This is entirely normal behavior for these products. The first step is to generate all the orders. They then sit in pending for a day or two so that anyone needing to make changes to their payment methods or cancel their subscriptions. We then run a new process that automatically fulfills them. We have run this process now, but please let us know if you have any ongoing concerns. Thank you!
