I just received my 2nd edition order - TWICE.
I have 2 copies each of "Core Rulebook", "Bestiary", "Adventure: Fall of Plaguestone", "Flip-Mat: Fall of Plaguestone" and "Adventure Path 145: Hellknight Hill".
Instead of converting my pre-order to subscription, you shipped both the pre-order and subscription.
I really don't need 2 copies, nor do I wish to pay twice.
Also, on Adventure Path 145 the subscription price was $17.49 while the non-subscription price was $21.24; and the Flip-Mat subscription was $11.99 while the non-subscription was $12.74.

I'm sorry that you got sent more items than you wanted! I taking a look at your confirmation emails, it appears those items have indeed been there from the origination of the order. Unfortunately by the time you contacted us, it was in response to it shipping and that greatly limits what we are able to do for the order.
At this point, the best thing we can do is ask you to ship back the copies of the items that you do not want. When they arrive we can process them as a return and get you the full amount for the items back. In addition, if you include a receipt or send an email of the receipt to customer.service(at)paizo.com for the shipping costs for returning the products, we can also compensate that amount.
