Please ensure these subscriptions start with the Pathfinder 2nd edition products.
I am caught up in the website error which meant I was unable to order the correct starting products for my subscriptions. As soon as I placed the order, I emailed customer services to make it clear that I wanted the 2nd edition products only, but I have already had one email saying that ‘Planar Adventures’ is about to be dispatched to me - hence posting here, to ensure that someone resolves this issue ASAP.

I'm sorry that the site gave you this troubleIt looks like we were not able to stop these items before they shipped. When you receive this package, please refuse it and request it is returned to sender. It should bounce back to us at no further cost to you.
In the meantime, I have returned the items to your store credit and will use that store credit to ship out your second edition items. You should soon receive a confirmation email for this order. I noticed that UPS International has been selected as your default shipping method, so this is the one I have applied. If you have any questions or concerns, please let us know. Thank you!
