is this stuck in pending limbo?

I assume the split to three packages was due to postage prices.

I wasn’t sure if how to combine Order 7935951 with just the package 2 of 3 of Order 7906140 (the Pawns Base Assortiment)
If you could do this manually It might save me shipping costs.

I‘m not interested in any other combination of shipping packages of these two orders, as this will raise the value above 30€ and have me pay 25ish % customs and duty.

all CC bookings are done, but I did not receive a despatch notification for the Dragons Demand module.

Dragons Demand has arrived yesterday (Package 3203884)
so did Broken Chains (Package 3203885) and order #7935951

what hasn‘t arrived are

1 x Pathfinder Pawns: Base Assortment
1 x Pathfinder Module: Doom Comes to Dustpawn (PFRPG)

that shipments notification email was a bit ambiguous as those two items are listed as
„The following products are included in this shipment“
at the top, but also forther down under „Other Items“
which looks like there was a hickup in the system.

My time shedule for when I need the module and bases is some time in 2-3 years so if you have send it out I can wait a bit longer, but as it stands there where three notification mails and a matching number of packages was in the post box yesterday. So I suspect those two items have never left the shop.

edit: the mail has „Shipped package 3203886“ under payments.

Those 2 items shipped out in a third package around the same time as the 2 you received. They had up to 10 business days in transit to you which would have put them arriving as late as Monday. So it sounds like they are lost in the post. I have set up replacements for you that should be on their way soon. You will be receiving an email confirmation.

They should get to you long before 2-3 years, but if they don't please let us know!

I was counting on the usual up to 36 days in transit, in case it took a wrong turn down the non-priority path.

Cases and case-incentives arrive up to 2 weeks apart.
