As I understand it, she's pretty dead. "Dead as a doornail" dead, if you're familiar with the English idiom. If you could figure out which strange dimension/plane/world/whatever Amaznen got sucked into he might be easier to justify, but even that isn't really available in the setting as written.

Acavna is dead, and thus clerics and inquisitors who worship her won't get spells or powers.
Gods in Pathfinder specifically do NOT use rules. Whatever story you want to tell about them, including whether or not one comes back to life, is something a GM can just do as part of the story. No need for rules to justify said story at all. And if you're playing in Golarion, it IS your world, not ours at that point, so what happens in your game is 100% up to you and your GM anyway. ;-)

Also, if you keep praying to a dead deity, it is possible that eventually something answers your prayers.
