I'm also prepping to run this now, and I concur - looks like it should be 3d8 in the high tier.

The rest of the scenario looks great and relatively easy to prep!

Getting ready to run this and looked at the chronicle. With fame being removed, how can a gain the Rasheen's Footsteps boon?

Rasheen's Footsteps (and its follow-up from 2-22, for the record) is purchaseable in the boon shop, under the "purchaseable with ACP" header.
